The Need
MIG’s products have evolved in response to increased customer demand and for more integrated and sophisticated technology. Over time the growing sophistication of MIG’s products and the complexity of their customers’ environments made the delivery of services to install and configure the products more resource intensive, time consuming and costly.
Historically, the installation and configuration of products for their customers was a short and repeatable services engagement. The MIG Services organization recognized the need to look at their structure and processes to ensure they keep pace with the demands of their changing business environment.
