Your Steps to Success
We’ll determine if your personality, work experience and technical background are aligned to the position we are filling. We’ll ask questions to find out about your career goals and learning ambitions to get to know you better and make sure that you’ll be able to grow within our company.
At this point, we’ll assess your hard-skills using one of a variety of practicum assignments designed to assess your technical abilities. Our practicum ensures our consultants are technically advanced and capable of adding real value to our client engagements. It also serves to help match your skills with the types of projects that interest you.
You’ll meet with a Quadrus technical consultant and a Human Resources team member. During this process, we’ll ask you more detailed questions about your previous work experience together with some technical questions. It’s also your opportunity to learn more about us and what your role within Quadrus would be like.
As a Quadrus consultant you will continue to grow. We ensure our Members understand the Quadrus approach through our internal training courses, workshops, and peer mentoring.
