This leading manufacturer and exporter wanted to improve its approach to web development. It understood that in order to remain competitive and efficient, its practices and technologies needed to be better than industry standard. Quadrus was engaged to perform a full web development organizational assessment—which included the evaluation of people, processes and technologies as they related to web development capabilities at this organization.

Quadrus worked with this client to identify and adopt best practices, idioms and norms for the technologies they were using at that time. Architecture, design, and code reviews were performed to ensure they were well-structured and followed desired standards. Approaches to the organization's Intranet, Internet and Extranet-type technologies were examined. An architectural assessment of its web-based HR employee benefits management system was also performed.
