What is Scrum?
Scrum is a powerful yet straight-forward framework that allows teams to work collaboratively to manage complex software projects or product development. Scrum provides structure for teams to be able to focus their innovation on solving what might otherwise be an insurmountable challenge. Scrum also leverages the innate traits and characteristics in people to allow them to do great things together.
Scrum is the leading agile development methodology. According to a 2015 Agile Development Survey, Scrum is the most common approach being used today in software development projects. If you would like to learn more about how Scrum works, take a read of the Scrum Guide found on the scrum.org website.
