Using established estimation tools and team-based techniques

we create estimates directly for clients and/or equip clients to significantly improve their own planning and estimation capabilities in-house. We employ a variety of estimation tools and techniques including COCOMO II, SLIM, Wideband Delphi and Planning Poker, and also teach a number of planning and estimation courses for the Project Management Institute and Agile community.

and as such the planning and estimation process does not finish when the team has consensus on a schedule, budget range and feature set. As projects unfold requirements evolve and new constraints arise – these important characteristics need to be presented to sponsors and other key stakeholders.
