This two-day workshop provides students with the knowledge and skills to develop advanced distributed applications using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. The workshop focuses on advanced features of Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 3.0 and message queuing.

During this course you'll learn about:
- implementing WSE 3.0 security and policy
- implementing WSE 3.0 custom policy assertions
- handling large data transfer by using WSE 3.0
- implementing WSE 3.0 SOAP messaging
- implementing SOAP headers and extensions
- implementing WSE 3.0 routing
- optimizing and protecting Microsoft Message Queuing client and server applications
Targeted Participants:
This workshop is intended for application developers wishing to learn more about specific technology areas in distributed application development.
Prerequisites:
Before attending this course, students must:
- have attended Course 2548 Core Distributed Application Development with VS 2005, or possess equivalent knowledge and skills
- be able to create Web services
- be able to write applications that use Web services
- be able to send and receive messages by using Message Queuing
Course Fee:
