Learning Objectives & Approach:
Agile is transforming the landscape in software development. Companies that learn to harness the power of Agile techniques and principles will shape the marketplace of tomorrow.

This innovative course distills the essence of Agile Software Development into the common lifecycle of Agile methodologies. Organizations trying to adopt Agile are often challenged by the variety of Agile methodologies that are available. As an introduction to Agile, this course brings clarity to Agile’s meaning and the methodologies that try to apply its principles.

This course is ideal for a development team about to embark on an implementation that applies Agile methodology. It will prepare the team to reflect on their process and ensure they are applying Agile principles, while also preparing them for the pace and flow of an Agile project.

The Agile Workshop is intended to be accompanied by on-site coaching and mentoring for the entire team. When your team is ready to start their project, Quadrus can provide an expert in applying Agile for 2 to 6 weeks, depending upon the size of the project, to work with the team to kick off the project and ensure that the Agile practices and methodologies are getting off on the right footing.
