Agile Team Dynamics

This unique and critically important course prepares individuals and teams for the dynamics they will experience in Agile Software Development. Agile emphasizes human interaction, communication, trust, self-organization and empowered teams. This course isolates these dynamics, discusses them, and then allows the class to experience Agile Team Dynamics through fun, creative exercises.

This course is ideal for a development team about to embark on an implementation that applies any Agile methodology. The Agile Team Dynamics course will prepare the team to start the project on the right emotional and social footing so they can quickly become a high performing Agile team.

High performing Agile teams do not just happen. As a leader on an Agile project you must be intentional about your team’s dynamics. This course will provide project leaders with insights, tools and techniques that are necessary for success as a leader of an Agile team.

The Agile Team Dynamics course is intended to be accompanied by on-site coaching and mentoring for the entire team. When your team is ready to start their project, Quadrus can provide an expert in applying Agile for 2 to 6 weeks, depending upon the size of the project, to help the team kick off the project and ensure that the Agile practices and methodologies are getting off on the right footing.

This course is 50% lecture and 50% exercises. Team Members, Developers, Analysts, Testers, Customers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Team Leaders. For public courses, $725.00 (CAD) per participant.
