The purpose of this training is to quickly familiarize a project manager or leader with the new dynamics and responsibilities of running an Agile project. This course is essential to any project manager applying Agile or considering agile for their project. The Managing Agile Projects course is intended to be accompanied by on-site coaching and mentoring for the project manager.
