This targeted course delivers the core processes and best practices in project management for Agile development. The purpose of this training is to quickly familiarize a project manager or leader with the new dynamics and responsibilities of running an Agile project. This course is essential to any project manager applying Agile or considering agile for their project.

The Managing Agile Projects course is intended to be accompanied by on-site coaching and mentoring for the project manager. When the project is ready to start, Quadrus can provide an expert in Managing Agile Projects for 1 to 2 weeks, depending upon the size of the project, to work with the project manager at critical times in the project, such as during project kickoff, release planning, iteration planning and project closing.
