If you are a Microsoft Certified Trainer with a passion for training and mentoring IT professionals and possess a desire to augment class instruction with hands-on application of your skills in the design and delivery of superior IT systems and solutions then Quadrus is the place for you. When not in the classroom you will be working on software development activities that will deepen your technical capabilities while allowing for real-world experience that can be carried back into the classroom.

Quadrus currently has openings for Microsoft Certified Trainers; successful candidates will possess the following skills:

• A Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) designation and at least 2 of the following Microsoft certifications: MCDBA, MCPD, MCITP, MCTS, MCAD, MCSD.
• Experience successfully delivering a variety of Microsoft courses in a classroom setting.
• A minimum of 3 years of “hands-on” development experience with .NET framework using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, SQL Server 2000/2005, Reporting Services, Analysis Services, & Integration Services.
• A solid understanding of object oriented analysis, design and programming.
• Practical experience in the various stages of the software development lifecycle, namely, definition of solution architecture, detailed design, solution development, testing and deployment.
• Knowledge and practical application of software development processes and techniques (e.g., Agile, RUP, XP, Test Driven Development, continuous integration, etc.).
• A university degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  
• Superior oral and written communication skills combined with strong leadership abilities.
  
• Open to occasional travel for assignments outside of Calgary.
