WHO WE ARE - Leadership

Anthony Cabri is a Senior Technical Director at Quadrus Development Inc., with extensive leadership responsibilities in the area of project, program management, and the delivery of strategic IT initiatives. With expertise in technical and business analysis, Anthony has been a key and leading member of Quadrus since 1999.

Anthony has almost 20 years of experience and recognized expertise in leading software initiatives, including project, program & product management, new technology & process introduction/adoption, project estimation & planning, business & systems analysis, and technical architecture. 

Over the span of his career, Anthony has successfully managed the development of complex technology products in a variety of business domains, including; financial services, energy, communications, education, transportation, medicine and aerospace. Whether leading small or large distributed cross-functional teams, Anthony consistently delivers high quality results for clients on time and on budget. He has planned, managed and analyzed a variety of IT business initiatives, including IT assessments, technology integration, risk management and security, change management, and process adoption such as RUP and Agile in SOX-compliant environments. Anthony is a certified trainer, project coach, and instructor for courses such as Agile Project Management, Writing Use Cases, OOA&D and J2EE.  

Anthony holds a B.Sc (honours) degree in Engineering Science and an M.Eng. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, both from the University of Toronto.  He is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), fluent in French, and holds several professional certifications, including PMP and Certified Scrum Master. In his spare time Anthony enjoys mountain biking, yoga, and golf.
