Our Client

FGL Sports Ltd. (formerly Forzani Group Ltd.) is the largest national sporting goods retailer in Canada. Operating under multiple corporate and franchise banners, FGL’s supply chain operations are managed through distribution centres located in Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec.

The Need

With distribution centres serving operations across Canada, FGL needed improved transparency and visibility into warehouse and supply chain logistics. 

To streamline and standardize warehouse operations, FGL was working to consolidate all of their supply chains into a single software platform. Key to this effort was the need a user-friendly, ad-hoc reporting environment with enhanced reporting capabilities. They contacted Quadrus to help them meet this goal.
